Wheat straw is a bioplastic whose raw material is agro-industrial waste. It is beneficial to the environment, both because of its production process, which requires less energy and chemical processes, and because it reduces agro-industrial waste, saving more polluting fossil resources. Above all, it is biodegradable and compostable, which allows it to be consumed by organisms at the end of its useful life and reintegrated into the carbon cycle.
