What is your delivery time?

For personalized products, the delivery time is generally 15 days once the sketch has been approved. For non-personalized products, we take 5 days. These are general dates; urgent deliveries will have an agreed extra cost.

Do our products have quality guarantee?

Any product that arrives at its destination in poor condition will be replaced or refunded. To do so, you must inform us within a maximum of 10 days. Items that have suffered any mishap due to improper use by the recipient are exempt from this.
