Stone paper is a material that does not require water, wood or chlorine, as it is obtained by crushing limestone, gypsum or marble until it becomes a very fine, white powder, so it does not require chlorine or another acid to whiten it. In addition, its production requires 50% less energy and 30% less ink than conventional paper. It is recyclable, reusable and when exposed to the sun it degradables in a period of between three and nine months.
